I've finished one pink and turquoise woven top to send to Jess for her Tasmanian Bush Fire appeal,
and I've got about an hour's work left on this one.
It's actually assembled on a pink sheet, so it only looks as if there is a
lovely pink border, but I've run out of useful lengths of fabric, and
it's not as big as the other one. I think one black border, then a
scrappy pink and black one should bulk it out to the same size.
I started this blog for me - it expanded to show BFF Jackie what I was doing - and a few others have invited themselves too - everybody welcome! Mostly about patchwork, with random comments about embroidery, family and life in general, come on in, put your feet up, and I'll put the [virtual] kettle on.
I can now see the weave - excellent x
