Just what I needed

After a stressed few days I  met up with some old friends last night.  Four of us worked together over 20 years ago; one is now 500 miles away and we miss her, but the other 3 of us try and meet up every few months.

It was just the tonic I needed - food, plonk, chat, gossip, moans, great advice, good friends, and crafting as well

    Oh My Goodness I had almost the same evening tonight that you did - except for the crafting, and except, perhaps, for the plonk because I don't know what that is, lol. I went out for dinner with 2 friends, we went to the thrift store afterwards, then went to one of their houses to visit and to see her Christmas decorating. While we were out we drove around the neighbourhood to see everyone's Christmas lights - it was a great evening! It's always a great evening when you're with friends and get to let loose :D
