As mentioned earlier today . . . I didn't get a picture, but the lovely Claire who has been helping every step of the way DID get a photo :-)
Doesn't it look fab! I cant believe how different each block is
I started this blog for me - it expanded to show BFF Jackie what I was doing - and a few others have invited themselves too - everybody welcome! Mostly about patchwork, with random comments about embroidery, family and life in general, come on in, put your feet up, and I'll put the [virtual] kettle on.
Oh no - sack the English teacher! (...P.Q.S.R.!)
ReplyDeleteWell spotted, but did you see the problem? We will have 30 blocks, and the board wasn't tall enough! So I only had space for 25. I started leaving gaps but had to fill them in with late arrivals, I did move a few but then, as my kids say, couldn't be *asked* to move them (much politer than my version!). Might have guessed you would notice though!

Well at least SOMEONE cares enough to take photos ;o) I don't remember being that chunky when I rowed, obviously they're feeding your local oarsmen and woman a lot...
ReplyDeleteIt does look fab, well done to the youngsters making the blocks.
ReplyDeleteThis is brilliant. And it's nice to see these blocks together. The children must have been really pleased with themselves!
