Back to Blogging

Quite a week I've had! Proof reading and correcting 105 school reports, a surprise 2 day visit from Ofsted (schools inspector) , proof read a Philosophy degree essay, and my first teacher training class, on top of a normal working week and two sewing classes, oh, and I managed to buy food and occasionally see my family!

But now that's over, and better still, I'm in Ireland with Jackie having a lovely time with her, her family, and a few bits of fabric!

  1. My mother, on arriving home from Budapest earlier, phoned me to say, 'Remember me?' before announcing she was off to Texas tomorrow. I wouldn't mind, but it's the 8th trip abroad of the year so far, and the furthest offer I've had of work travel was Manchester ;o) So just assure your poor neglected family that it could be worse, you could be my mum ;o)

  2. just remember to breath occasionaly !! lol x

  3. Hello There,
My name is Melisa and I'm a Professional Blogger. I have more than 3+ yrs of experience writing for the web and have covered plenty of interesting topics.
I came across your blog and was wondering if you would be interested in allowing me to write relevant & useful topics on your blog at no cost.
At this point of my writing career, I simply want to get more visibility for my writing and I will write for free as long as you are fine with me adding a small author bio section following the blog post about myself.
Please let me know if you are interested and if you'd like for me to submit a sample blog post for your approval.
    Thanks a bunch,

  4. Well done for surviving the week and lucky you being in Ireland! Missing that place!!!

  5. Ooh! Breakfast from Avoca that sounds like a great start to your day!
